+Refunds+
You can only ask for a refund if the commission has not yet been started. Once I've began the sketch you may not ask for one.
+Deadlines+
I do not accept commissions which must be completed by a strict deadline. If you commission me anyways knowing you want it done before a deadline that is NOT my fault.
+Payment Options+
I accept payment in full upfront, though for commissions above £100 I offer a 50% before and 50% after you've seen the heavily watermarked sketch.
+Turn Around Time+
I usually finish single piece commissions within a week or two however some commissions may take up to 2 months to be completed. You can ask for as many updates as you wish within my work hours though if you're worried.
+Cancellations+
Your commission will be cancelled and not completed if you begin to turn foul towards me, this includes any form of verbal abuse. I will also cancel if you go over a month without responding to any DMS I send reaching out about the commission whilst it's in progress.

I do not allow ANY commercial usage of my work unless explicitly discussed with me and you have paid the correct fees.
Anything to do with Twitch. Pfps, Banners, PngTubers
Anything to do with Youtube. Pfps, Banners, Thumbnails
Anything form of Merchandise. Shirts, Stickers
Anything to do with Adoptables / Selling Oc's
Anything to do with Game Projects, Assets, Icons

+What To Include When Commissioning Me+
Please send me a refference photo of your OC alongside any useful images such as outfit inspiration, pose inspiration, etc.If you don't own a refference photo of your character there will be an additional £20 fee. In this case, offer a detailed description alongside many "inspo" images you can find relating to what you want.
The fee does NOT apply to simple chibi animals.
+What To Expect After Paying+
On the day following payment after you have told me what you'd like I will begin sketching, unless the following day happens to be a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. I will send you frequent W.I.P's of the sketch and will NOT continue until you confirm the sketch is looking how you like.
You may ask for changes during the sketch stage with no charge within reason.
Once I've finished the sketch and you confirm clearly the sketch looks perfect I will begin lineart, Once I've finished lineart I will begin colouring, shading, etc. You will recieve frequent updates however I will not wait for your reply between each one like I do the sketch stage.
Once I've finished the colouring and shading you will recieve the image in both a watermarked version for posting online and an unwatermarked version for personal use. You will also recieve a transparent PNG version and the speedpaint timelapse video.
